Whether designing a trade fair stand, working in event technology or creating window displays – the possible uses of trusses are diverse, and the design options limitless. One thing is clear: without trusses, many events – regardless of size – would not be feasible or even imaginable. They play a central role in the industry. This means that quality must always be right, especially when it comes to load capacity, durability and safety of the various truss systems. Our demand as a manufacturer for the quality of our trusses is high. ALUTRUSS can guarantee this thanks to long-standing partnerships with proven suppliers. By the way: our truss systems are manufactured exclusively in Europe by specially trained welders certified by SLV.
Our standards also include the option to order ALUTRUSS systems in any color (RAL) or custom size and receive them within a very short time. A wide range of hooks, clamps, cases, transport trolleys, lifts, etc. completes the ALUTRUSS offering.

ALUTRUSS offers two 1-point systems. While DECOLOCK is especially suitable for decorative installations, SINGLELOCK SP can be used for more intensive applications in stage and exhibition construction, event technology, as well as in permanent installations like clubs and theaters. These trusses stand out for their greater stability and longevity.
For permanent installations – especially in event technology, exhibitions, or stage setups – you can rely on ALUTRUSS 4-point truss systems: QUADLOCK 6082 and QUADLOCK QL-ET, made of aluminum, use four conical connectors, pins, and clips and are manufactured with EN-AW-6082 T6 alloy for high load capacity. These sturdy trusses are ideal for heavy loads and long-term use.
For larger constructions, the QUADLOCK TQ 390 and QUADLOCK GL 400 trusses are suitable. With a 390 mm outer dimension, the TQ 390 trusses are ideal for tour stages and large clubs. QUADLOCK GL 400 stands out with an excellent weight-to-load ratio, long durability, and a 400 mm outer dimension – perfect for mounting heavy loads, e.g., on theater stages or in clubs.
The aluminum trusses of TOWERTRUSS TQTR come with EN-AW-6082 T6 alloy and 20 mm struts for maximum loads. They are mainly used for building tower systems I and II and for intensive use in event and exhibition setups. These trusses offer plenty of space for attaching couplers, hooks, clamps, and other rigging accessories – making rigging much easier.
